Zipatóa was a land nestled between the main Wind Mountains and a smaller eastern arm, crossed by many small streams and deep vales, like veins. It had been conquered by the Third of the Nazgûl in the late second age, who took it's crown and made it part of his later southeastern empire of Lôkhas Drûs.
