Yírdfos (Av."Earth-wash"; PQ."Ardafaska") was an Avar who fell under the Bane of the Dark Lord Sauron in the Second Age.
Along with his fellow sorcerers Ardanini and Mourmaelgax, he fell by the hands of Rálin of Rûrîk.
