Vraskú
Wraskú was one of the commanders of the legion of the White Hand, Saruman´s Orc Tribe in Isengard.A clever and merciless leader, he was the supreme captain of the Uruk-Hai scouts and Crossbowmen, he himself was known to be armed with a special light crossbow.
