The Orcs of the Wind (Av."Orsimervein" Or."Ruki-Poshatil") were an orcish tribal-confederation that inhabited the Wind Mountains.They served the Lords of the twin-fortresses Sart and Mang and were ruled by the mighty Half-Troll Ulthug of Mindo Clytac.
