The Wôlim were a people of Southeastern Middle-Earth descending from both , indigenious Lakhab and Proric as well as Vulman colonists.In the Second Age they destroyed the first Lôkhan Empire and were the tool of the Tyranny of the Dog-Lord, one of the nine Nazgûl.
The seaworthy fishermen and fierce Dog-Warriors were tall and dark-haired, with hazel eyes and a ruddy complexion.Their language, Wôlim, was distantly akin to the Drughu-tongues.
