Tuva (As. "?") was an Asdriag-Easterling woman who ca. T.A. 1639 was one of the two priestess-advisors of Wiliatan, chieftain of the Ashkira-tribe who lived on the western borders of Talath Harroch, near Dagorlad and the Dead Marshes. She was a distant cousin of Shanva, his other advisor, and had one son, Barakat, who was leader of the tribe's Huka (Warrior-elite).
