Originally the Ts'balla (Ts."Water-Hunters") were the male Warrior class of the Ts'dan, a far eastern coastal culture. In later times however the term T'sbal came to designate the Ts'dan's distant descendants, the Boat-People of the Romenear, a culture of feared Pirates, Mercenaries but also Traders, Fishermen and nomadic Mariners.
