The Theudo (Rh."People", F."Tûrai") were a coalition of late second age tribes which were allied to the Elendili and fought as auxiliaries in the War of the last Alliance. They were partially descendants of the Fell Folk of the East, which later evolved into the northmen of Rhovanion. The Theudo's descendants became the Allthiuda.
