Ted Bloom was an elderly citizen of Bree and husband of Willa Bloom with whom he owned a small shop, selling cheap attire. Through his lifetime there had always been rumours of Ted being a Sorcerer and Witch and after his death the Inhabitants of Bree told atrocity stories of his ghost haunting the Town's streets at night.
