Tazinain was the lingua franca in the lands of Sîrayn. It had originally been a Talataerim dialect spoken by warlike intruders from the Khailûza lands, but it became the court tongue of the Sîranean nobility and upper classes and could establish itself as one of the earliest written languages of the Haradrim. The late Tazinain however was already heavily influenced by New Apysan and had many loanwords of alien origin.
Outer information[]
The base Tazinain words used in the MERP publications are made up from elements of Persian, old Abyssinian, and Serbo-Croatian origin as well as fantasy forms.
