I have always thought of the golden army and the dragon-ruler as relatively new concepts in the late third age. Well I went with the premise that Khamul was the "FIRST" Dragon Ruler who UNITED all the tribes. That is why I placed him there. But I'll delete them and you can put whatever you want from there...Moran half valar (talk) 17:20, December 22, 2018 (UTC)
