'Sweet Galenas or Westmansweed was a variety of Galenas, probably a plant closely related to Nicotiana.In contrast to the bitter Galenas, it was sweet and falvourful and could be smoked in pipes, althoug in southern countries as gondor it was merely valued for the beautiful smell of it's blossoms.Pipeweed smokers claimed that smoking sweet Galenas leaved had a recreative and thought stimulating effect.
