Usquelóte (S. "Osphakh", Q. "Smoke-flower") was a small, white flower relatively common in the temperate grasslands of Arnor and Dunfearn. Standing only about 4" tall, usquelote was distinguished by its blood red roots and red-edged leaves blooming late in summer.
This flower was dried and smoked after the manner of pipeweed. Acting as a relaxant, usquelote fortified the smoker's resistance against mental or magical attacks for 1-5 hours; Agility and Quickness were reduced however. The dried flower kept indefinitely.
