The Sipenya was a sort of water-organ, or "water-pipe-organ-flute" invented and played by the Falmari.

J. R. R. Tolkien never gave this instrument an actual name, but the Organ is mentioned a few times in connection to the music of Tol Eressëa and the Ainur.These sort of organs may have resembled the roman Hydraulis.
