the Essence, also known as the secret fire is the force of life within things and Ea.
In contrast to Channeling (which calls upon the intervention of higher beings as the Valar), Essence-magic tries to work with the secret fire itself.
Evil Essence-Users try to tap or use the Mordo-Element within Ea instead of working in coalition with the secret fire.
