Saruman's Dagger was a enchanted Black Blade worn by Saruman, every hit of this dagger poisoned the target with a deadly frost poison. The dagger was left behind by Saruman in Orthanc when he went to the shire. It was later locked away in the vaults of Minas Tirith.
