Salmar
Salmar (Q."Harper") was a lesser chief of the Water-spirits of Ulmo and brother to Amillo and Ilmare.He was the greatest Craftsman of the Merfolk and generally the most renowned inventor and maker of musical instruments among the Ainur.He particularly made the great Ulumuri.
