A Water spirit
The River Fays, known as Capalini (Q., "Spring-Children"), Ektelarni (Q."Fountain-dwellers"), Aïlior (Q."Lake-dwellers"), Nenuvar (Q."Pool-Dwellers"), Nermir (Q."River- or Meadow - folk") or Nixies were a group of lesser Water Spirits, tied to the Springs and rivers of Ambar.It is unknown if they were of the hosts of Ulmo or Yavanna or possibly Spirits of Arda.
