Ringli (Gol."extreme cold"; Q. "Ringëli", Av."'ingeli", La."Ultënypistëny") was the elven name of the arctic colds and the Top of the World. It was home to Fairy animals, Red Elves, tribes of Goblins and the strange old spirit known as Daddy Nöel or earlier the Green Brother and Grandfather Yule.
