Rikula was a woman of Kaupobaurg, where she lived at the Seers’ Dwelling with her only surviving daughter. She was a midwife skilled in divining the future and healing. She also gathered and sold herbs to those who requested it and, as a devout adherent of the Alankunia(Old Rh. “Cult of the Growing”), could provide spiritual guidance to those in need. Her husband and the spouse of her daughter both were River Rats who spent most of the year travelling up and down the River Running.
