Rahiwenna

The Rahiwenna (Pl."Many tribesmen") were a group or confederation of tribes or peoples in central Middle-Earth. They were mostly Horse-nomads who rejected the rule of the Sauronites and the Golden Army, and saw themselves as free men. The Sauronites on the other hand regarded them as rebels. The Rahiwenna were supported by the Ithryn luin and most of their tribes were adherents of secret cults who opposed the cult of the eye, among them the Cult of Doom.
