A rare bacterial infection carried by several species of freshwater leeches from warmer climates.It causes fever, convulsions, and coughing (6-10 days) which can lead to loss of temporary Constitution (30% chance, 1-20 points) or death (15% chance); at minimum, it causes swelling, fever, and trembling.
