Pugraft was a Black Uruk lieutenant who served in Gothmog's army during the War of the Ring and the father of Radbug, who lived in Cirith Ungol. As a lieutenant, Pugraft commanded his own Black Uruk troops that followed orders without question. He was ordered by his superiors to leave no survivor in Osgiliath after his enemies made a retreat.
