Parth-in-Certhiamar (S."Plain of the rune-fields") was a flat plain in western Andrast/Drúwaith Iaur. The area was dotted with ancient stones with inscriptions in an unknown script and language, most likely some sort of runes or sigils once used by the Daen or Drúedain.
