The Parmar Angriëion (Q."Books of the Iron Crown") were a collection of spurious writings, believed to have once been part of the Library of the Witch-King in Carn Dûm or Minas Morgul. Their minor part, also known as the Parmar Eminotyaliër Ambarenyaron, contained much detailed information on many people, places, lands, artifacts and history of the Westlands and even the Wild lands east and south, but often used outdated or misspelt names and designations. The Major part however, known as the Parmar Eminoturion, contained obscure hints towards later Ages and presumably even other worlds. It was unknown how much of it was reliable, but many believed that Andrâx and Elor once Dark had been among those whose writings had been added to this compilation by the witch-king's lamoshgongs.
The books main focus were the years around T.A. 1,640, the middle years of the Third Age, but a few scrolls also seem to have been of older, some of much later origin.

Notes[]
The "Books of the Iron crown" are intended as a nod to the MERP canon. They also serve as an "in-world" explanation for information based on the MERP legacy. Possible errors and mistakes in this wiki may often not be the personal fault of members of the New Notion Club but rather them channeling wrong information from these obscure works.
