Parma Úlairion

The Parma Úlairion (Q."Book of the Unholy Ones") was a tome probably compiled by Scholars of the Fourth Age, but believed to be based on far older spurious writings.It contained detailed biographies and descriptions of all the Nine Nazgûl.How much of it was actually reliable was debated among the wise.Many believed it was based on documents written by either Elor once Dark or Andrâx or even both of them.Other presumed these had been written by the Nazgûl themselves or even Sauron himself, to deceive his enemies.
