A Gundabad Orc
The Orcs of the Mountain race were a breed of greater Orcs or Hobgoblins. Being descendants of the Dogi of the First and Second Age, they stood a bit taller and larger than the mostly smaller slave-orcs of Mordor and Isengard or the Orcs of the Deeps. They were usually a stout and swarthy-skinned race descending from the fighting-Orcs of Angband.

Mountain Orcs are said to populate the Ered Engrin and Hill Lands of the Utter North in Urd and Luindor.
