Oraishapek was a Warlord of the Shrel-Easterlings in the Second Age and a subordinate of the Nazgûl Khamûl who gave his servant a lesser Ring of Power and sorcerously delayed Oraishapeks death and turned him into a Ring-Wight.Oraishapek remained Sauron's highest ranking emissary in the Lands of the Rhûnaer.
