The rare white, long-haired Norsu (La."Giant") or Snow-Oliphaunt (S."Lossandamund") of the Far North was related to the andamunda of southern Middle-Earth. These furry behemoths, though, were rarely domesticated. Instead, they were worshipped (notably by the Ûax, but also by the Myri and Anklâ tribes) or hunted (notably by the eastern Lossoth and Lotani).
