Nielíqui (Vn. "Snowdrop"), The Moonflower, was a powerful Ainu of light and grace, whose radiance was said to shimmer like the first glimmers of Telperion’s dew upon the leaves of Valinor, her presence tied to innocence, purity, and the first budding of life in Arda. Though counted among the Maiar, there were those among the Vanyar who spoke of her in whispers as a lesser Valier, so great was her presence and so ineffable was her beauty.
In some traditions, she was a companion and handmaiden of Vána the Ever-Young, bringing forth the first pale blooms that graced the meadows of Blessed Realm. Others, however, spoke of her as a wandering power, an independent and radiant spirit who walked the early world in silent wonder, leaving traces of her presence in the morning dew and the soft shimmer of dawn, never bound to a single domain but instead moving with the rhythm of the world itself.

Notes[]
Nielíqui had originally been intended as the daughter of Oromë and Vána,however, Tolkien didn't like the idea of Valar having children so he dropped this character.
Numerous times in MERP/ICE,names from the Lost tales or other unpublished works were used for individual characters who represented a specific role in the world, and beyond middle earth. Nielíqui may have been probably the Chief of Nessa's people. Given that Oromë and Vána's daughter shared many qualities with Nessa, it is only befitting to place her here. Nielíqui enjoyed dancing, peace, and joy, much akin to Nessa. It is these innate qualities that would have drove her to be Chief of Nessa's people. Like Nessa, she also loved animals.
Nielíqui, most likely would have worn a Spring Green outfit, given that most of the Chiefs wore different colors than their leaders. Examples of these are Áriën (Red) for Vána, Gandalf (White/Grey) for Irmo or Manwë, and Alatar (Blue) for Oromë. However, some wore the same colors of the Valar.Ossë and Uinen (Both Blue) for Ulmo, and Radagast (Brown) for Yavanna.
. She was also considered a Tavar.
