Nîlûhîn II (A. "Son of the Moon") was the King of Bellakar during the War of the Ring.
History[]
Nîlûhîn II was the son of Dâirukhôr I, who died suddenly under suspicious circumstances in T.A. 2991.
During the War of the Ring, he negotiated with Felayia that they should become a vassal of Bellakar with special privileges, citing the plight of the Free Peoples during the war with Sauron, although Bellakar is otherwise not known to have contributed greatly to the war further north.
In Fo.A. 18, he abdicated to his daughter Avradîphel and retired to his villa in Urezayan.
