Nârad-Dûm was located south of the Sára Básk in the eastern end of the Tûr Betark.

This large mine served Nár's Folk and was third in prestige from Blacklocks mansions in the South. It was built by a part of Mablâd-dûm dwarves after theirs left over of Barazimabûl.

In the Third Age, it served also as a war-hold for the Axes of Nargubraz from T.A. 2800 to 2915. After that, it was sealed and not re-opened again.
