Sister to Morrána and daughter of Morgoth and Ardana, she was created to be a living sacrifice in order to bring Morgoth back into the world. Her Valarin blood would be used in tangent with the gems of unlight (the gems that Ungolianth devoured) to bring down the sun and moon to allow Morgoth entry back into Middle Earth. She was raised to be a dark and powerful priestess by the Court of Aranórë- Cambëringa was in love with her though and she eventually ended up missing. Like Morrána, she was the only other known Valarinde.

Notes[]
Original form in MERP:Morelen = Morelenĕ
The Avarin form of her name would most likely be "Morr-ilin".
Technically neither Moran nor Morelen could be natural children of Morgoth and Ardana. As Morgoth was incarnate and trapped in the void presumably only his spirit or "Shadow" could briefly or periodically return to Arda.As such the twins biological father presumably was a being which had been possessed or inspired by the spirit of Morgoth, most likely a member of the court, another fallen elf.
