Millidekhter (possibly Th."Tribal-son" or Tal. "Many-skilled") was a deity popular in Garrothold and Zetta on the Sinking Plain. Millidekhter's origins were clouded but he was depicted as a man with thousand arms and often interpreted either as a god of martial strength or a god of thieves or both.
Millidekhter did not have official clergy or temples, his cult was mainly practised in in private and was based on faith on ones personal skill and strength.
