Makarna (Me.:"Many-slayer") was an Orc of Angband.Highly unusual for one of his kind he was an alchemist and master of poisons and saw himself as a Loremaster and scientist.In truth he was entirely mad.

"Makarna" was invented to replace Makar who appears in some Angband roguelike variants.Makar was an aggressive Spirit but never evil or a traitor and servant of Morgoth.
