Môrazra (E. "Black Ocean") was a man who had served Melkor at the First Temple in Hildorien.He had been a pupil of Morgoth's in witch-craft and sorcery and was exiled by his own people, ancestors of the later Bëorians.After the Battle of Palisor he came to Angband to serve his master even after death.

In the Angband games this character is intended to be the Lord of the Nazgûl, as this character however was not even born in the First Age he was here reinterpreted as a Lord of the Edain and one of Melkors early "warped men".
