Long lankin' was a mythical creature from the horror-tales of the marshmen and Calenardhonians who lived within and around the Mouths of the Entwash. Long lankin' was said to stalk the swamps at night, lurking for careless wanderers to drag into the swamp and make them weird creatures as himself. In truth Long lankin' really existed, he was a Ghoul, a bog-wight, a demon, a mewlip-sorcerer and the source of the mewlip population which plagued parts of the swamplands.
