Kadar an-Khâradûn (Ad.“city of the south-west”), originally founded SA 1251 as Londë Anárionva, later known as Carassë Hyarna, was the first Númenórean port in Kharadûne.

In their earliest imperial period the Númenóreans used Quenya names, not Sindarin ones, for their outposts/colonies.Later the Kingsmen abandoned Quenya for Adûnaic while the Faithful used Sindarin instead.
