Lokarzar was an Easterling from the Kingdom of Blázar, he was Rurzaur's right hand.
Attack on Candros[]
Lokarzar attacked Candros, with the position of General. He survived the battle.
War of the Ring[]
In the War of the Ring, Rurzaur attacked Gondor many times, Lokarzar participated all this attacks, however, none of this had victory. He attacked Dale, however, the battle took days, and when the notice of Sauron's death arrived at Dale, the easterlings were forced to retreat.
Death[]
Lokarzar died at FO 8, he was executed after Rurzaur noticed that he had betrayed him with another Easterling Emperor.
