A Khundolar Easterling
The Khundolar were a tribe of the Easterlings hailing from the ancient lands east of the Rhûnaer. As their close kinsmen, the Iangovar, they were late descendants of the Balchoth. They trained Bashkar-warriors, light armed archers and scouts, riders and Battle-cats, and were accompanied by an order of eastern sorcerers known as the Blue Caste. Their troops communicated via message-shouters.

The Khundolar's appearance and gear seem to be based on ancient Indo-Iranian peoples such as the Sarmatians, Sassanids, and Parthians.
