Khelekar (sw Av. "Cold-great";[[Q. "Helcëar") was as cold as his name implied, possessing biting dry wit and no patience for ignorance. The Scholar of the Court was ever in Tiuri-clax's shadow, serving him and the Court faithfully until its dissolution. Striking and bizarre in appearance, Khelekar was 6'8" tall and very slender, with snow-white hair and pale grey eyes. He regularly wore voluminous black robes.
