Kelmandol was a friendly and talkative elf who operated the "Sennas" (S."Guesthouse") in Caras Galadhon, though he did not offer beds or sleeping opportunities to his guests, the inhabitants of lothlorien came to his flet to socialize, drink , sing or listen to songs and be merry after a day of hard labour.
