Kûor was a God of Thunder among some easterling tribes.He was believed to be the Chieftain of Gods who controlled weather and magic.His worship was suppressed under the Cult of the Eye, however remote tribesmen secretly continued to revere him.He was most likely based on blurred memories about Manwë.
