Ibal

Ingbald was a man selling decent leather and cloth shoes and shoe polish from his storefront in the city of Dale.

Boromir: "Is it not a strange fate that we should suffer so much fear and doubt for so small a thing? So small a thing!"
- J. R. R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring II:10

Notes:[]

In the original supplement the character is named "Ibal", and was adapted from the MERP module "Tharbad". Here instead of an adunaic name, the norse name "Ingbald" is proposed.
