Hel of Rogartha was a woman of mixed Dorwinron-Easterling provenance.She was one of the few of her people trained as warrioress in her time to attain a higher ranking command in the lines of the Golden Army. A protegee of The second of the Nazgûl, she , at an already high age, served as ambassador and de-facto commander of the Sûhalar at the Pelennor where she eventually was slain by Éothain the Éored.
