Haein was a dwarf of the Iron Hills who, along with his companion Kiri, had been sent as an ambassador to the Council of Elrond at Rivendell.However the group was waylaid by Orcs on their trip through Mirkwood.While Kiri was sold to Moria, Haein ended up in the Dungeons of Dol Guldur.
