Greatsword can refer to any larger sword type designed to be used primarily with two hands including the common Long sword, the hand-and-a-half sword or bastard sword, the Claymore and overlarge types such as the Bidenhander or Two-handed sword.
While common Greatswords, Longswords, usually were between 90 cm and 120 cm, outsized specimens such as the Bidenhander could reach a length up to 180 centimetres.The Executioner's sword also was an outsized type with a total length of up to 110 cm, but it's blade usually wasn't longer than 80 or 90 cm, like those of the more common long swords.
