Glothrok the Vile was a Goblin warrior who guarded the Highpeak Kennels in Moria after the takeover. During the War of the Ring, Glothrok was one of many goblins that were summoned after hearing a noise and surrounded the Fellowship of the Ring to prevent them from escaping. However, he fled in terror when he heard the sound of the Balrog's roar.
