Gilglîn (S."starglint") was a silvan elf, an innocent wanderer who had become entrapped by the Nightshaper's Shades while wandering too close to the Dead marshes.The Shades clouded his mind and led him to the Tower of Gulwathdel, where their master imprisoned the pityable elf, hoping to break his spirit and make him another of his mindless slaves.
