Galandor was the Sinda Captain of Edhellond's warfleet. An exceptional seaman and warrior, he was the rival of anyone who sailed the waters of the Bay of Belfalas. Galandor delighted in contests of his skills, and tested his close Dúnadan friends in races off the west coast of the Prince's domain. His many adventures had carried him afar and, of all the Council members, he was most often absent from the Haven.
Galandor had long dark hair and greenish-blue eyes. He appeared to be in the prime of life, but was unmarried, and apparently unwilling to forsake his adventuring lifestyle.
